More about Nick

Nick Marshall is a native Northlander and a long-time resident of Platte County.  Born fifth of seven children, he learned early the value of hard work, education, and serving others.

He ultimately received his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1999.

After his admission to the Missouri Bar, he served as an assistant prosecuting attorney.  He prosecuted thousands of criminals and brought hundreds of cases to trial.  As part of his experience, Nick also conducted over a dozen jury trials.

In 2003, Nick believed he could be of service to the people of Kansas City in the area of private practice so he opened a law firm that’s core mission is “protecting the rule of law one case at a time.”

As an avid hunter, Nick is a member of the NRA and actively supports local conservation efforts such as the Prairie Foundation.

He is active in Faith Community Church and regularly supports crises pregnancy centers such as Rachel House.

Married to Amanda Jensen Marshall, Nick resides in rural Platte with his five children and a Puggle named Sugar.
